I have a pay monthly device (iPhone 12 5G), and I cannot make or receive calls. However, I swapped SIM cards with another phone to see if it was the phone or the SIM card that was the issue and I was able to make a phone call with my phone, and not the other one which means that it is an issue with the SIM card.
How can I fix this, or can I just order a replacement sim and transfer my number? I’ve tried resetting my network settings, turning airplane off and on again and so far nothing has worked.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I’d love to, but messaging technical support is “currently unavailable” and I can’t call them because that’s the whole reason I need to contact them. Do you know how long I’ll have to wait before I can message them? Obviously not being able to make/receive calls is quite a pain.
