I cannot make any international calls when I'm home in the UK.
I can make calls in the local country when travelling but then cannot rung the UK.
I have set a caller allowance and do not have international calls barred. Cannot see another setting that might affect this.
Tried calling EE fir help but went round the houses with their automated 'help' links.
Anyone got any ideas, please?

Is this error consistent across different Spanish numbers? Are you close to your £30 spend cap limit already?

My plan costs just over £10 a month.
Same issue when I was in USA and tried to ring UK

Spend caps don't restrict plan costs.

Not sure how that helps.
Not close to spend cap

Only that you answered about your plan cost in answer to @bristolian 's Q as whether you were close to your £30 spend cap limit already, as if your plan cost contributed towards your spend cap.

I have unlimited calls etc within the UK, so the only time I'd hit the spend cap is if I could make international calls, which I can't.
Sorry to confuse.

I'd recommend giving us a call on 150 and reporting this with our technical care team @saz00114.
When calling 150 please select option 2, you will then be taking to our automated menu which will connect you with an agent.

Thanks for your input, Katie.
Managed to talk to a human being and they ended up doing a system reset on my account. All sorted 👍
