Can not recieve or make calls

Since moving to EE  I've had nothing but problems .Everyday for a period I cannot recieve or make calls.  It notifies me I've had a call but rings off . Ive reset my phone .taken sim in and out . Turn my phone on and off .I restart phone . Ive requested an esim QR code so hoping this helps.  Anybody else had this problem and any ideas what I cam do

I don't see why changing SIMs should make any difference, based on what you've said.

When did you move to EE? Does your phone show coverage when you have problems with calls? What happens when you try making a call? Does this always happen in the same areas or is it more generalised?
