Hi,
I have no outbound calls - I can’t even call 150. And I don’t have a second phone to use.
Currently the App is “down” so I have no access to the live chat function.
Therefore I need someone to call me urgently - luckily inbound calls seem to be working - to get this problem fixed ASAP.

There is no access to individual customer accounts on this forum, the responses you'll receive are replies such as this.
What happens when you try making a call? Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? Can you send or receive text messages?

Use Skype and call over data/wifi with the number in my signature.

Just upgraded my phone - bought handset directly from Apple, but always had an EE SIM - Sim only contract. Transferred SIM over and now when I press call, it just says call ended straight away. It doesn’t even attempt to dial through. However I can text to numbers and incoming calls are fine. It’s really bizarre.
