Hi
I am unable to make or receive calls from and to mobiles on Vodafone
this has been happening for a few days and only happens when I am on a mobile signal. When using WiFi calling everything is fine.
I have checked two EE mobiles and 2 Vodafone ones and it does seem to be an EE issue.

The issue in the article has long since been resolved, also it would be unusual for call routing symptoms to be different between VoWiFi & VoLTE, as they use the same central network elements.
An inability to call certain networks would have a different cause to being unable to receive calls from certain networks. What happens when a caller is unable to reach you?

Hi - all other calls work fine - it’s only to and from Vodafone (haven’t been able to try O2) but landlines and 3 are ok.
I’m in Filton, Bristol now and it isn’t working, I’ve tried in the centre of Bristol, Weston SM and near the airport, all failing (so not a mast) - am on 5g now with an iPhone 12 Pro Max
I understand that the issue is the article is supposedly resolved but found it very interesting that the WiFi calling works - so there is a VoLTE/VoWifi connection…

Unless there is an interconnection issue with VF - which would cause significant volumes of posts on this forum - the two issues are likely to be unrelated.

when they try to call they get silence and then the call disconnects- no answerphone. I get the same the other way.
just switched off data and the call worked - iOS 17.1.1 doesn’t seem to have a volte setting any longer but it seems VoLTE is the problem

Hi - this was still happening yesterday, it appears that VoLTE doesn’t work when calling some other networks. I can call geographically and can call three. VoWiFI works as does ‘normal’ 2g calling.
it does remind me of issues I was having in US (search my other posts) - could there be an issue with my account/Sim??
