Call not going through to my number

Whenever somone calls my number it says my phone is not available while my phone is switched on and active

@Enikejiola  Does it show a EE cellular signal on it ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Can you make outgoing calls? Can you receive text messages?

Depending on these questions, an inadvertent call divert may be the issue. Does the problem persist after toggling flight mode?

Yes i can make call and receive text message but I can’t receive calls

Have turned flight mode on and off switched off my mobile device also still the same issue

I had similar problem after porting, I called 150 & they sorted it.
