Hi @Ma126.

What happens to your calls when you're abroad and it's set up?

Do they go to voicemail?

Jon

Hello I have same problem,

Now I am outside of UK and I want to forwards my calls to UK number. When someone calls me directly go to voice mail

So if you guys are wanting to divert all your incoming calls to another number (working on the assumption you're on postpaid / contact accounts rather than prepaid where this doesn't work) then you need to type into your phone

**21* NUMBER YOU WISH TO DIVERT TO then # - then dial like you would a phone call

e.g.: **21*020xxxxyyyy# (dial)

That is the network setting to divert all calls to that number without trying to reach your phone first. To remove this divert when back in the UK, call ##21# from your phone then dial - this removes it.

If you're still having problems and calls are forwarding to voicemail and you don't want them too. You can cancel all diverts on your line by calling ##002# (then dial). This removes all diverts meaning your phone will ring until the caller hangs up.
