How to cancel data, calls and texts

I am on a recurring payment plan but its not locked in so I should be able to cancel it from recurring but I dont know how. Its 100gb of data, unlimited calls and texts. Ive realised its well above what I need. I still want some calls and texts and data next month, but not that much.
