Call forwarding error

Hi,

I am trying on my phone the call forwarding to another UK number and it always fails.

When I try from the settings, the following error appears: "call settings error unexpected response from network".

This is regardless if I want to set 'Always forward', 'Forward when busy', 'Forward when unanswered' or 'Forward when unreachable'. Is there anything I can do?

When I try using codes, the following error message appears: "Operator message, Call forwarding, Connection problem or invalid MMI code. (0).".

Is there a solution for this? Thank you

Thanks for the advice Chris.

I have contacted the technical team who checked my account and switched the call forwarding on. As it was off I could not do this and I did not receive any indication either that it was off. Once it was turned on, it started to work immediately.

Would be good if it was available to be turned on/off through MyAcco**bleep** or it would be turned on by default.

I have a Sony Xperia 1 iii what I got it from EE on 27-10-2021. It is fully updated, on Android 13.

I'm not sure why it isn't working for you. It may be worth speaking to our technical support team so they can check your account is set up and run through some troubleshooting with you.
