Call cuts out every 5 mins

Hi, I have an iPhone 15 pro and I have my UK network with EE and a US SIM card from T Mobile.

I received a call today and the call cut out every 5 mins, exactly 5 mins. The person had to call me back 8 times. Im not sure what is going on here but its happened on several calls in the past also. I  pay a monthly fee for coverage in addition to an extra charge for roaming abroad and do not expect to receive this kind of service. I am more than happy for you to call me and after 5 mins you will see the call will cut out. Is this some kind of limitation for people that use the EE network abroad?

Did you receive this call on your EE SIM or T-Mobile-US SIM? Are you currently in the UK or abroad?

There is no charge for the roaming facility itself, only for either usage charges or billing add-ons.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I received the call on my EE SIM which btw is an eSIM. 
I am currently abroad.

So you're using the local network's radio coverage and potentially EE's core network depending on the location of the caller.

Try manually using an alternative local network and see if the same symptoms persist.
