Hello,
I have been having this issue for over 2 years now and finally had enough and need some help. With my job I often spend a lot of time on hold and when someone else calls me whilst I am on hold, the call that I was originally on fails and cuts out. It doesn't matter if I decline the call or send them through to voicemail, the call ALWAYS fails immediately after. This is incredibly frustrating when spending long periods of time on hold only for the call to fail.
Does this happen to anyone else? Is there something I can do to fix this issue?
