Voicemail does not work

Hi,

 

My voicemail does not work and never has.

 

I have searched for and attempted apparent fixes to no avail.

 

If I call 150 and select to turn VM on, nothing. If I text 150 with VM ON I get the following response:

 

Sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later.

 

If I try to reset by texting VM OFF and reboot, I get that same response.

 

I have had this same response every time I've tried for months so "please trying again later" clearly isn't the issue.

 

Can anyone recommend trying anything else?

What happens if you try calling voicemail? Either by 222 or speed-dial 1?

 

You may need to call EE C/S and speak to an agent - rather than using any automated services as it sounds like you have so far.

Thanks very much for taking the time to respond.

 

When I call 222 I get the normal message that tells me about my voicemail options and it tells me I don't have any messages. Nothing seems wrong here. But if anyone calls me and I don't answer the phone rings and rings and then just cuts out without option to leave a message.

 

I will contact customer care directly.
