Bank spending alerts

I've stopped getting spending alerts from my bank. I've been onto the bank and they say everything is ok at their end. My notifications are on. Nothing has changed on my phone.

Are these alerts sent via text message or as a push notification from your banking app?

Hi @LittleL19,

Any problems with push notifications will need to be raised with the app developer. Your mobile network just provides the mobile data connection over which your app is updated.
