BT was so much better for mobiles

I think EE should take a lesson on customer service. Some of them are really ignorant!

Hi Chris, not really. Been with BT for over 12 years, never had a problem,
had 5 mobiles with them, complete broadband, tv the lot. Now they have
pushed me over to EE i cant get anything. I am not eligible My EE tells me
and after phoning them i got this so and so who sounded like my school
teacher from long ago, i`m 77, treated like something else. BT are poplite
and caring, EE just rude and ignorant. Got 2 phones under contract, roll on

Were you looking to purchase another device and been advised you are not eligible? 

Leanne. 

Just a basic sim for a phone that had just run out of contract on my BT
account. BT said go to EE, I have 2 iPhones on EE, never had problems with
BT. Peter

What happens if you try and order a SIM plan on the EE Shop online when logged into your My EE account?
