I renewed my multiple mobile contracts on 16.09.2021, and as part of the 24 month renewal, I received BT Sport as a free inclusive benefit. I also went for the additional BT sport large screen & multiple device smart benefit at £5 per month.
Everything has been fine until today, 16.01.2023, when the app on my Roku streaming TV says access is not available with my subscription!
Has anyone else had this happen to them??
How do I sort it out?

Does the large screen access add-on show in your My EE Account?
Is BT Sport still working on the app on your phone?

I can't see the large screen access on my account but the BT Sport phone app is still working.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.
They'll be able to check your subscription and work with the BT Sport team to get this working.
