and I work with the Internet and I have to wait for your crap company to fix the Internet and on top of that I pay you £90 every month. It is not normal. I will sue you. You are for prison. Fraudsters

@Rosi55 The amount you pay has no bearing on anything not sure why people think that the more they pay they should be treated as a VIP customer.
Have you called customer services about this ? You will sue for what exactly? Because your device popped up with that message, EE will not switch off your data connection unless you have failed to pay your bill on time and then you’ll be disconnected from the network until payment is made. Your device is only showing you have no data connection it doesn’t mean EE has switched this off, you device has a limited number of responses when things like this happen so just shows one of those messages.

Hi @Rosi55
You normally see that message in a high density areas or when EE are working on your local network.
You can check for local issues here: https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee
You also need to calm down.
Thanks

I get a notification from EE that says Temporarily turned off by your operator. No mobile data service! I will sue you for taking my money without getting what I pay for! If you went to the shop and left £100 and didn't get any food how would you feel? And it's not just my phone! Here with me is my friend who is also on EE and has no internet and has the same problem and gets the same notifications.....

,the only thing I expect is to have the service I pay for my all household is with EE and no one at home have data collection so from costumer service make me sure that there is no issue with the coverage so please don't tell me to calm down as yes I pay fat bill and yes I expect VIP treatment as this is unacceptable I earn my money via my phone and data collection is required for this so what would you suggest me now ?

Hi @Rosi55
Don't be ridiculous. Networks need to be improved and equipment updates, software updated these all mean on occasions the network might be temporarily down for this reason. You are paying for all these improvements as this provides a better service to you/I the end customer.
Your shop/food comparison is a straw nan argument.
Thanks

@Rosi55 Perhaps reading the contract that you agreed too might help you.
The T&Cs you agreed too as no network is perfect and can provide a 365 day perfect coverage. You can not sue for anything as you accept the T&Cs when you agreed to the contract. Issue do happen and as you have an internet connection you can use Wi-Fi calling.
All customers are treated the same even if they only pay say £10 per month compared to someone who pays £100+

Hi @Rosi55
Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your service. Have you spoken to our technical support team about this? They'll be able to look into the performance of the network in your area and open a omplaint against your account, if that's something that you want to do.
Chris

@Rosi55 , have you actually spoken to EE to find out what the problem is? If there is a problem in your area, then once you have registered and reported it, you will get updates, this is what I have been receiving, as EE need to get permission to access the site near where I live, although I have not noticed any problems, personally.
So by clicking on the link @Northerner has given you, you could do exactly what I have just suggested. As has already been mentioned, there is no difference whether what plan you have, everyone is treated the same, and the same would be for any network, any of them can have problems and be down, that is why we now have wifi calling on phones, so that if you have fixed broadband, you will still be reachable.
Just because you have a problem where you are, does not mean, there is a problem everywhere, you could find this happening to you with another network, as none are infallible.
