I'm going away for the summer, I don't want to pay 4 months for internet. If I disable the tariff, will my number disappear?

If you are on pay-monthly, you are contractually bound to keep up your monthly payments.

If you are on PAYG, you may stop topping up or cease regular add-ons whenever you choose - and remain subject to the hibernation policy.
