I am abroad in germany for the weekend
I am costumer and I bought roaming for 7 days and 50g data despite I dont have internet !
How to Solve IT?
I cant even Find a number to talk with real person only bot .

@Wookash When you call customer services you select option 2 then select the most relevant option given. Have you tried restarting the device? Have you tried a manual network search? If you’re on PAYG you can only use 25Gb of data per month when roaming.

@Wookash , did you make sure that roaming is enabled on your account? This would only apply if you are in contract, as pay as you go is automatically enabled.

I think i had used 25gb after That I've bought 15gb pack and IT will start when my current pack will be over and when it happening I will no longer need it 😞 😞 😞
