Hi there,
I wanted to give Richard from the academy in the billing team a huge shout out for his amazing work and problem solving skills today when changing my telephone number.
He was patient, friendly, polite and explained everything with precision, seeing the problem through to solution despite technical issues that were out of our hands.
He was a joy to deal with and I would really appreciate if you could pass this information onto his manager.
I spoke to him today (May 26th at around 1pm)
I believe he is connected to Selkirk if you need more information on him.
