Cant contact ee via mobile on either number.

Are you on contract or pay as you go? Have you tried restarting your device and trying again, just to see if it helps with the connection?

Hi Chris, 

Thanks for message.  I am on contract with ee for a few months. Restating phone closed the call to 150 but I still get rejected when Try again.

Have you tried the live chat function in the help section of the EE App? They may be able to help.

I couldnt get anything useful from the ee app.  Probably best borrow someone non-ee phone and phone ee.
