1471 and 1571 not working after transferring mobile number to EE

I transferred my mobile number from BT Mobile to EE. Since the transfer and after fitting the new EE SIM the 1471 and 1571 services do not work. Anything I need to do to make them work?

Welcome to EE and our community. 🙂

 

The 1471 and 1571 services are both BT services so are not available on the EE network. 

 

To retrieve your voicemails you can use the option within your phone menu, or dial 222 from the keypad.

@CraigBT : The 1471 and 1571 services are landline features, not mobile, & are available from EE landlines. There are diff VM features on EE mobiles.
