1000 minutes international calls add on

i have this add on activated, i have however tried to call Ireland and instantly get a voice message saying calls are barred?

@Andi12   Have you enable call abroad and premium rate numbers from within your online account?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

from the UK

 

i had the add on to allow me to call from UK to Ireland, this did work but now is blocked?

Log into your MyEE account online & go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Call Abroad and Premium Rate. It will show as ticked if calling abroad is activated. If it is not ticked, can you activate this setting?

thanks everyone for your help, looks like its now sorted! seems there was a conflict as i have the correct add on for international calls however i had premium numbers blocked which was causing the issue apparently.
