Using in the USA

My policy says I have roam abroad pass and when I arrived in USA last month I got a text saying I can use my allowance however my bill has an extra £54 added to it.
I mainly used the free WiFi but occasionally I had to turn on 4G to order an Uber. Do these extra charges sound correct?

You don't have the Roam Further Pass. You have the Travel Data Pass which is diff & for which you pay for each day you use data there, however little.  You'd be better off with the Roam Further Pass for £10 pm to allow you to use your UK data there, up to a max. of 50GB pm.

@Colleen2304   Do you mean you ordered an Uber via the app ?  If you do you’ll not get charged for data usage as you can not get charged for data usage as you can not use data unless you have a data bundle or you use your allowance.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
