  • Hi I’m going to Spain later this week for 2 weeks. I have spoke to ee today and agreed to pay the charge of £10 for 1 month. I’m not back till 2 nd July so wasn’t sure if I will have to pay the £10 charge for June and July. The helpfull lady from ee. Has put a note on the account so I only have to pay the £10 charge once. I have 3 handsets with ee  so I’m having to pay the £10 3 times which I don’t mind but I don’t want to be paying £20 x 3  Has anyone come across this. Before

You will need to manually remove the add-on once you no longer have use for it.

It won't automatically be removed because of there being a note on your account.
