I bought an IPhone pro Max unlimited internet and it has 20 mg of internet I hope they solve it if not I will return this cell phone

Where did you take your plan out from? Was it online, over the phone or in one of our EE Stores?

Have you spoken to our Mobile Care team about this?

I bought it online and since I bought it my internet is slow, and my plan
is an IPhone 14 pro max with unlimited data I would like you to solve this
problem if not I will return this phone

Sorry, @Adilson67, I didn't understand your first post. I thought you were talking about allowances, not speed. The speeds on the mobile internet can depend on a number of things, including the coverage in your area. Have you checked the coverage and network status for your area?

yes it has the signal and 5g but it does not exceed 20gb
