I got an issue with this topic as well. I got full coverage but unable to make or receive calls. Other than that is fine.

When were you last able to make or receive calls? What happens when you try making a call?

Just before I upgrade my sim to new plan and when I try to call either 150 or other UK phone numbers, it just ended the call straight in 1s.

Have you carried on with the existing SIM, or did you get a new one?
If you look in the EE app under Manage > Mobile & SIMs, what mobile plan does it show you are on?
Are you currently in the UK or abroad?
