Same, this is 2025 July and for the past year or more I’ve had no signal . I check the coverage checker and they say it’s the best round here. So I get a contract with ee and have no signal. And they both said there doing something in my area and it never gets resolved. I used to be with smarty (three)

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your service, as this certainly isn't what we'd expect to hear. I'd recommend speaking with our Technical team, and they can look into the issues you're having, and find out what is causing this.

Do other EE users in your area have similar issues?

I haven’t a clue who uses ee in my area . Though I am getting messages saying , from ee , that there fixing something in my area and it’s taking longer then they expected. I just hope it actually does get fixed becuase I’ve had no signal for over an hour completely and when I was with smarty I had terrible signal . My number is being transferred over still anyway.
