My EE Service not coming back online from beung suspended

My service was suspended due to not being able to pay. But then i proceeded to pay today and got confirmation but my mobile services have not be put back online and i need them urgently to make calls text and use mobile data. What should i do?

You need to give it a couple of days for the payment to clear, you should get the service back soon. Have you also tried rebooting your phone?

We have no account access here and do not know who you are.

You can also ring customer services when they open again tomorrow if you want more answers.

I have tried to reboot my phone and i can confirm payment has been taken out of my bank. I cant use another phone to ring up as i am currently at work. Usually it comes back online straight away but for some reason it hasnt. I need it back on asap because im at work and i need to be able to ring people, use my texts and data for emergencies. Is there any way of speaking to an advisor because most phone lines are down because we're not in office hours currently.

@SAMEERMASTER15 , unfortunately, customer services is now closed and you will have to wait until the morning, as I wrote, there is no one in the forums, who has access to accounts and knows who you are, best to make sure that you pay on time, so that your service is not suspended.
