The internet at home has been poor for over ten years due to old cables supplied by bt.
but for the last 3 weeks I've had to drive out of the Pr83rp area to make calls or use the internet  due to the mast being broken.
how do I get a refund on my bill for the inconvenience. Trying to find a way of complaining is almost impossible on your website and app

Hi @Robgraham

Welcome to the community.

Are you able to check your postcode on our network status checker, to see if we're aware of any problems in your area?

There are a couple of ways you can make a complaint. The best way would be by giving us a call on 150, when you're able to. They'll be able to look into the performance of the masts in your area and discuss any compensation with you.

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.

Yes I checked everyday till I came back on I'll phone billing later
