no signal

Hi

I recently joined EE and its been 3 weeks now and I am not getting any signals I put my EE sim in my phone today as I purchased it on 09th October and I am not getting any signals.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is this happening in all locations? More likely a phone fault if so.

Try performing a manual network search - does EE show as available? Can you then manually select it?
