y mobile can't even dial 150. just saying: the service is not available. Have been using another phone to dial 150 over one hour now. still no one to help!

Have you tried restarting your phone? Does it show coverage bars?

I am on here trying to find a solution to this one too.
I can’t phone 150, I’ve tried restarting, and no signal bars are showing.
impossible to get hold of anyone from EE it seems

I had already tried that too.
I’ve solved my problem by going into settings> reset> reset network settings
