Lost all network after trying to set up esim

Just set up a new phone with an esim and now I can’t phone out or receive calls

@Timshaw  Did you have your EE sim in that device?   What device is it ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Got a phone number but the sim does not fit my mobile phone

Have you just received your SIM?

Is it to big or to small? if its to big you should be able to break the SIM down. All SIMs come with the option of 3 sizes as push outs.
