My new iPhone 15 received yesterday is showing no network signal. All data transferred & SIM card is in the phone. I cannot call 150 if won’t go through. Any help would be appreciated .

Hi @Shellynic84
Welcome to the community.
Is it a brand new connection or an upgrade? Does the SIM work in another phone?

It’s an upgrade & the sim worked in my iPhone 14 but soon as put it in the iPhone 15 I get nothing. EEs answer is must be a faulty sim.

I don't think it's a faulty SIM, if it's working in another device, @Shellynic84. Is the iPhone 15 loading up OK? What error messages are showing?
Have you tried turning 'Airplane Mode' on, then back off again? Could also be worth trying to reset the network settings: Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Everything else is working on the phone apart from the network. I have tried airplane mode on & off, restart the phone, turn off take sim out put it back in turned phone on but still nothing. I have also tried reset network settings & still nothing. I have tried manually selecting the network also.

OK, thank you, @Shellynic84
What happened when you tried the manual connection? Could you try a force restart please?

Self evidently, the new phone is the issue here.

Force start doesn’t work either. Nothing seems to so a new sim might have to be the route. Not what I’d of expected with a brand new phone.

I had to had the 14 back in so I couldn’t try that. I had to get a new SIM card in the end & the phone instantly worked then.
