If you have coverage issues, that will affect all network-based services including voice, text & data.
Is this issue in one specific area or multiple ones? Do other EE users have problems in these same areas?

I'm on contract phone and this is the first time I didn't get the new upgrade. Didn't have a problem when I got the newest phone out. So are you purposely giving us bad coverage and data service if we don't get the newest phone. Bear in mind I've been with you guys for over 10 years now. And this is the first time I'm having problems with you.

I'm just a customer like yourself. But there is no differentiation in network service based on upgrade status.
