I'm having the same for months now. I pay for both bills and calls break up no matter whether I am local or away with work.

Thanks for coming to the community.  

If you enter the postcode on the coverage checker, and select 'check status' you will have the option to report the problem and register for updates on the area. Our network team will send an update when they have more information.

Your post implies you're having network issues across a large area, is this so?

I ask because the more areas you are having issues in, it's less likely to be network-related and increasingly possible to be a device/phone-issue.

Does your phone display a VoLTE/4G-calling indicator when you have call problems?
