Since migrating from BT phone call quality is rubbish. What the problem ?

Could you give us some specifics on what the problem is when you're on calls?

Calls are constantly dropping out mid call, both my wife and I migrated from BT at the same time and we both have this problem. EE report that there is a network issue in our area, however it doesnt ever seem to be resolved.

Give the team a call from a different phone 0800 956 6134

Or you could resetting your network settings  this could help to clear any problems in the back of the phone software If this please mark my response as resolved thx very much if you need anything else reply to me I try my best to help

Is this only happening in one specific location, or multiple ones? Does your phone display the VoLTE symbol when you have call problems?
