Hello, I have the same problem. Both mine and my wife’s number had no service.
Initially thought of network issues but EE status checker says all good. So phoned customer care and was told that the account is cancelled due to fraudulent activity. He didn’t say what it was and why it was cancelled without any warning or message. He wasn’t helpful in resolving the problem either and asked to wait for 4-7 days and if their fraudulent team is happy with everything, I will get the account activated or cancelled.
couldn’t understand this rubbish response.
raised a complaint but that might take 7 days.
recently moved to EE and regretting my decision. At least, they could have instructed us before cancelling or asked us to prove our identity or shed some light on what’s going on.

I'm sorry to hear that there has been a problem like this on your account. You've done the right thing in opening a complaint. By doing so, it will be looked into further.
