My phone line was restricted on the 22nd of April, spoke to someday and there had been an error made with my payment plan. I’d paid the bill on the 13th so was confused but thought it was all sorted. The Barr was lifted and everything was fine till Tuesday when I woke up and my phone had been completely cut off, couldn't even phone EE on 150. Yesterday I was able to call from another number and they apologised and said there had been a glitch in the system! My bill had been paid on time and they would restore my services immediately.
Now 24hrs later and still no services. What do I do as I can’t get on my EE account and still can’t call any of the numbers EE say to call as I’m fully cut off

Have you rebooted your phone? This should solve the problem by doing so.

Hello. Yes I’ve rebooted my phone about 8 times since yesterday and still nothing. EE accidentally put a complete restriction on my account due to a glitch in the system and i can’t even call 150 to try and sort it out

I'd suggest you callback from whichever phone you used yesterday, and - politely but firmly - don't hang up the call until your issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
