No service Ealing England

I need help. I’ve lost all services and I’m not sure what to do. My iPhone 13 has no service at all. I’ve restored network settings, taking my sim out and put back in, turn off and then back on again airplane mode, and yes my bills are up to date!!  (ha!) however ever since I updated my phone with iOS 17.3 a few hours ago my mobile data along with my network services have disappeared. Apple support  couldn’t help, so I’m hoping the community will.

Hi, there has been no connection on the EE network in Ealing, West London for about a week now.

Do we have any problems showing for the area on the Service Status Checker? If nothing is showing you can report the problems you are having and the network team will get this looked into and keep you updated via text or email. 

Do any other EE users have the same problems?
