I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and although I have the full works package shown in my account, I don’t seem to be able to enable/see the option to enable standalone 5G. From https://ee.co.uk/why-ee/5g-on-ee the criteria is:
The problem is, I can’t see further information as to the compatible phones.

This help page shows you the current list of compatible 5G standalone devices. It will be updated with any new devices, when it's available on them.
