Unable to download apps when not on wifi

I cant download apps when not on wifi even if 4G is on. I therefore have to be on a secure wifi network to download an app which is a pain if i need the app to park.

Which phone do you have?

On iPhones there are settings that allow apps to allow the use of mobile data, or not - do you have anything similar?

If it's Google Play store, make sure you have download over any network selected
