I am trying to report a fault with the network in my area, but the webform for doing so it broken and returns an error when trying to submit the report.
Is there another way to report the issue? Or even report the fault with the fault reporting webform?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

I had done that. I had also tried with multiple browsers and multiple PCs.
What solved the problem for me was leaving the box given to describe the problem blank.
Fortunately, even without describing the issue with the tower, they were able to discover and fix my issue.
So, I'm happy again. It all worked out. Thank you for your time, people. 🙂

I tried, but I am unable to, as the webform is broken and displays an error when attempting to submit the problem report.

Hi @Ninlilizi,
I'm not able to duplicate this issue at my end. Please can you clear your web browsers cookies and cache and try again?
Thanks
James
