Terrible service on fishponds road

The service between the two 5G towers from the straights down to lodge causeway are completely screwed. They break my phone, losing all data services, so  there is no data between these two locations. It means all my roaming services, which I pay £144 per month for, dont work! Where can I get a refund for the lack of service as it's being going on for a few months.

Is this location in the UK? You've mentioned roaming services which implies this is abroad, in which case it's the local network operator who needs to resolve this.

If it's in the UK, the sites will be multi-technology and carry 4G services as well as 2G & any 5G. Problems using mobile data should be reported via the status checker in the first instance, and CS if that fails to resolve.

Of course its the UK, if you were an actual bristolian you would know where Fishponds is. By roaming, it  means as I drive or walk around not fixed cable internet.  Use google and search for  Fishponds, is part of Bristol UK. This has been a problem for months. Basically you get into the Fishponds black hole where it kills all streaming whether in the car or walking, ironically between two new 5G towers... no data service.

By the way I'm paying big money for this lack of service (five phones). I have done all the above but your web site and support services is designed to stop people logging calls or complaints, my next stop is the ombudsman, as you're the first reply I got.

This is primarily a user-community forum, where responses come from fellow customers who may have particular expertise. Roaming means using your phone on a network other than your own, which in practical terms means abroad.

This forum is no substitute for reporting issues via the status checker and/or CS, but I will review this location - as I would do for any user, regardless of their spend. I'm not EE staff.

Also is 4G data similarly affected? 5G sites are also 4G-enabled, and checking this would form part of fault diagnosis.

yes, no data on 4G.

This follows the line of the fishponds road. I mapped it with software yesterday.  Up from the Park to the end of the straights.

maps of poor / no data for EE all squares that are red are poor or no signal.

@Truthinshreddin   Fishponds road that we’ll  know road that’s only on Bristol and not anywhere else within the UK.
