I was in the middle of a call a few minutes ago, then the call ended abruptly. I tried calling them back but wouldnt connect. I tried calling EE customer service but the same thing happened.

Can a technician contact ASAP as I need my phone for work.

Try turning on flight mode and then turning it off. 

Try restarting your device.
