Calling all EE customers who are sick to the back teeth of being fobbed off. We have a mast at the end of our road and have been having nothing but problems for the last year. It took the involvement of my MP for EE to admit there was a software issue. They have logged this as resolved but we are still having issues and are still being fobbed off. Constant data issues on an almost daily basis coupled with the mast completely dying on occasion. Please give me as much ammo as possible for the MPs as enough is truly enough. I know we’re not the only ones. They tell us there is no fault when we have full signal, 4g on our phones yet no data on any device. They also proceed to text us telling us there is a fault, when on the same day they have told us there isn’t and referred us to the ombudsman. Wrong customer!!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having these problems. If you're still receiving problems, the best thing to do is report it on our coverage checker by putting your postcode in and hitting 'check status'. If you know of other users who are having problems in your area, please ask them to do the same. This way our network team will investigate it.

Issues like this can be frustrating, but there may be an underlying reason for the apparent delay.
Persisting with CS is the best solution, and for as long as there's a recognised issue on the status page that should be encouraging.
