My check status has yet to work, it always states unable to access data.

Welcome to the community.

Have you been able to try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser and try to check the status again?

What is happening with the signal?

Zero signal insufficient even to make a call.

Is it just happening in one particular area or does it happen when you move out of the area as well @Cschito?

It looks like the post has been split since my first reply @XRaySpeX, it was in relation to the Network Status Checker.
