Slow Internet on mobile

Hi, my mobile internet and home wifi just isn’t working on my phone when at home in Worcester Park. As soon as I’m out of Worcester park it works fine so it can’t be my phone. The weird thing is that my partners phone internet is working fine but he is with a different network. This has been going on for over a week now. Are there any current issues in Worcester Park with EE at the moment?

You can check issues on the mobile network using the "check status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker - this wouldn't account for any issues on your home fixed-line broadband.
If your partner is on a different network, that would account for the differences.
