Help

The signal is always low in my house sometimes I mis important calls 😩

anyway round this problem?

@Bizzle91  Using Wi-Fi calling it’s what it’s for.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have Wi-Fi calling enabled from when the problem first occurred when I brought the IPhone 13. When I had my iPhone XR I never had this problem

Is WiFi Calling working for you when you're indoors, @Bizzle91?

 

You should be able to receive your calls when this is on and working.
