What is going on with the signal in thurrock area its been poor for weeks now, im now missing important calls

Welcome to the community.

Could you try restarting your phone or turn 'airplane mode' on then off again, if you haven't already please? This will force your phone to re-search for the network.

If you're still having problems after that, please pop your postcode into our Service Status Checker. That will let you know if we're aware of any issues in your area and let you register for updates.
