Good afternoon,
I'm after a contact to request temporary switch off of two phone masts on both sides of Drayton Bridge Road, Hobbayne.
We are contracted by Ealing Council to maintain their streetlights and our unit ID ref GC1420 requires a new lantern.
I appreciate your assistance, at the earliest possible.
Thanks.

@Jovila_Enerveo : Don't the masts have a notice telling where to phone about them? This user discussion group isn't it!

They certainly do - all EE network sites have a H&S notice visible from the public access, for any issue requiring the network operator's attention.
That notice will have the contact phone number and also the EE/MBNL site reference.
Edited to add that I've just called the number, and got through on the first attempt.

Hi again,
It wasn't 0808 121 4123 that you called, because that one is busy every time I've called it. That's the only number provided on the feeder unit by the phone mast.

It worked when I tried from a different number. Probably the phone plan stopping me from dialling a 0808 number. Anyway, I'm finally in conversation with the relevant team. Thanks for your help!
